Education:

• A BA degree in gender studies, sociology, governance, development, law, or any other related field.  Master’s degree is considered an asset.  

Experience:

• 5 years of professional experience in designing and delivering transformative leadership trainings for women.
• 3 years working experience in the field of women’s empowerment, and gender equality.
• At least one previous experience in delivering transformative leadership training to justice or security sector professionals.
• Previous experience with UN or international organizations is an asset.
