Student Services Representative

ASAL Technologies is a leading Regional Software and IT Services Company based in Ramallah – Palestine. ASAL Technologies is currently seeking qualified   candidates for the following position:

An online university, the world's first tuition-free, non-profit, online global academic institution, dedicated to the democratization of higher education, is looking to hire a full-time Student Services.

Position Summary:

Performing and coordinating a variety of students’ related duties and acting as liaison with the Admissions Office to ensure a smooth transition between applicant status and student status.

Job Description:

1-Correspond with applicants and students regarding payments and student queries.
2-Payment processing using QuickBooks online application.
3-Follow established University procedures, precedents and workflows, and update these on a regular basis.
4-Maintenance of students’ records.
5-Perform other related duties.

Required Background, Experience and Skills:

1-Completion of a recognized bachelor's degree program or equivalent.
2-Native English speaker.
3-Excellent communication, writing, research, problem solving, and administrative skills.
4-Detail focused.
5-Computer savvy, working knowledge of CRM systems, QuickBooks and excel is desirable.
6-Previous experience in a customer service function – a big advantage.
7-Outgoing, friendly attitude, ability to work in a team.
