Title: Sub-Grants and Capacity Building Officer Job# 06/2009
Location: Gaza
Duration: 36 months contingent upon funding
Required Education: Bachelors degree in Development Studies, Human Rights, Peace
Building and Conflict Resolutions, Sociology, any related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience: At least three years experience in supervising and monitoring of civil
society projects, preferably at the community level; includes experi ence in sub-grants management, capacity building, assessment, oversight and budget monitoring & reporting and experience in CBOs capacity building and training

CARE International is recruiting for the position of Capacity Building Officer to work in CARE International’s Gaza field office on a USAID funded project “An Eye to the Future: Building Skills and Attitudes that Underwrite and Promote Conflict Mitigation in Gaza”.
