Supervising Engineer

A large respectful Catholic organization based in Jerusalem working in the field of education, humanitarian aid, and development has the following vacancy:

1) Supervising Engineer (full time one year contract renewable)

Desired Qualifications:
-Knowledge of principles and practices of engineering
-Modern methods and techniques used in the design and construction of a wide variety of engineering projects and/or design, construction and rehabilitation of a wide variety of building projects
-Ability to make engineering computations and check, design and supervise the construction of a wide variety of public and private facilities
-Communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
-Use a variety of drafting and engineering apparatus
-Ability to develop agreements with sub-contractors and follow them up
-Administrative abilities
-Fluency in English is a must
-Driving ability is an asset

Experience and Education:
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional engineering work
-Minimum a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
