Supply Chain Assistant

Job Description

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Following up all inventory transactions with the warehouses, including but not limited to, Stock Receipts, Inspection and Receiving, Packaging process, Shipments Delivery, and Physical count.
  • Preparing Inventory and stock levels reports.
  • Processing all inventory transactions on ERP
  • Handling Stock reconciliation from Sales and Service Centers
  • Assisting in all inventory management activities with procurement department (purchasing, returned products) and following up its related invoices.
  • Following up shipments from abroad including clearance procedures and providing necessary documents for approvals and coordinate with the related ministries to assure smooth clearing process.

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum One year experience in related field.
  • Bachelor degree in Business field or other similar fields.
