A new Palestinian High Tech Company is seeking the following Candidate for immediate employment:
Support Team Leader
Location: Ramallah
Job Title: Support Team Leader
Reports to: Project Manager

General Description:

Responsible for leading the team of first level support/help desk.
Communicating with users, collecting data about problems, and resolving them, using knowledge base and troubleshooting process.
Also in charge of communication with second level support and maintaining online help pages for the customers.

work experience requirements:

- 3 or more years experience in support and customer service
- Experiences in the field of customer satisfaction/usability a plus
- Advanced knowledge of windows OS and communication layers
- Fluent in English
- Experiences in technical writing and documentation a plus
- Technical oriented person
- Service oriented person
- Management skills

Education requirements:

Academic degree in Computer Science, Management, Communication, Marketing or related field
Language requirements: English/mother tongue level
