System Analyst

Ice Cube Technologies is a pioneer software company based in Ramallah, is looking for a highly skilled fulltime System Analyst.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working closely with customers for requirements gathering, elicitation and analysis.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, design document, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for customers.
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
• Create and examine the system use cases developers and testers.
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
• Provide clear documentations of all processes and training as needed.
• Participation in user training and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science or information technology or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years experience as a system analyst
• Hands-on experience in software development and documentation.
• Proven working experience with information technologies.
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Strong understanding and knowledge with database design, maintenance and administration.
• Proven experience in testing, training and implementing new applications and systems.
• Proven working knowledge of a wide variety of programming and DB languages such as .NET, Angular, MS SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL.
• Strong technical writing.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
