PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Lead the process of running of all the Sponsorship systems in order for the Sponsorship Program to meet all the requirements for Child Sponsorship Operations. Support the full operation of Sponsorship communications in terms of field teams and NO teams as well as Donor engagement and Support offices communications. Support the SO 2.0 processes for a smooth implementation.

Key Outputs/Responsibilities
Operating the sponsorship System
-Monitor and follow up sponsorship business processes and correspondences deadlines for assigned ADPs
-Work on the Single STEP/SSUI to enter/update children data, correspondence, photos, videos, monitoring and participation
-Ensure that RC management is maintained at agreed level with SO (+/-2% of the maximum budgeted RC).
-Work on SOs and GC queries and resolve discrepancy messages
-Generate and analyze reports from sponsorship system upon request
-Support the Technical Programs (TPs) under the LEAP 3 implementation providing information in areas pertaining to the Programmatic areas
-Provide technical support to ADPs during the pilot decentralization of Single Step
-Provide technical support to ADPs in Horizon implementation
Coordination
-Coordinate with the Zonal Sponsorship Staff in terms of work processes, quality and deadlines.
-Coordinate with Zonal Staff on Sponsorship Integration in Programing (SIP) and improved quality of Child Monitoring.
-Liaise with SOs in terms of queries, meeting special requirements and deadlines.
-Liaise with GC on ensuring implementation of new initiatives and deadlines ( Sponsorship 2.0 products)
-Coordinate for sponsors visit, and accompany sponsors during the visit
-Support Sponsorship Integration in Programing (SIP) and improved quality of Child Monitoring.
Correspondence-related tasks
-Receive, process and document all correspondence from sponsors to RCs and from RCs to sponsors according to applied sponsorship standards and requirements ( ILs, SLs ELs, GNs)
-Read and check appropriateness of all incoming mail from sponsors before sending to ADPs and inform the SO in case of unacceptable or sensitive issues
-Abide by the different SOs’ requirements regarding correspondence
-Print out labels for APRs, Christmas cards, SLs and GNs.
-Maintain proper documentation and filing system of all sponsors correspondence
Other
-Conduct bimonthly field visits to provide technical support and capacity building to zonal staff as needed
-Monitoring field visits to ensure the Sponsorship standards in the field are maintained
-Assist in Child Protection work and integration between SRS case management and CP incidents reporting
-Assist in all sponsorship related tasks as required
-Attend and participate in regular/devotional staff meetings and events
-Participate in training events organized through WV, as required
-Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Education & Experience required:
Bachelor degree in English literature or business or equivalence of five years of relevant experience
At least three years’ experience in related field
Other Competencies/Attributes:
-Good oral and written communications skills in English and Arabic
-Working knowledge of computer applications and computer aptitude
-Excellent interpersonal skills to relate to staff, sponsors, partners and colleagues
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Ability to censor culturally sensitive issues
-Valid driver’s license (preferred)
