Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and support clients. This role involves analyzing and designing financial and banking systems, interacting with clients, and conducting training sessions to ensure the system meets their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design financial and banking systems based on client requirements.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

• Design system architecture and create detailed system diagrams, including ER Diagrams.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of the designed solutions.

• Conduct testing to ensure systems meet client specifications and are free of bugs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials.

• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on system usage.

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS or a related field.

• Strong technical background with understanding of programming, databases, and system design.

• Experience with designing system diagrams, including ER Diagrams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in client service and support.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of financial technology (Fintech) and digital banking solutions.

• Understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate with development teams
