Job Vacancy – Systems Engineer

FIS Solutions & Security is a leading IT company based in Ramallah, specialized in network security technologies and NAS solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated System Engineer.

Responsibilities:
-Troubleshooting of Kaspersky Endpoint Security, VMWare and Storage appliances as well as other components of internal and external systems.
-Handle Installation Projects.
-Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations to improve support processes.
-Collaborate and communicate with other team members to provide good service and issue resolution.

Requirements:
-At least 3 years experiences in network technologies (Windows Server, UNIX, VMWare and Microsoft Exchange).
-Experience with SAN/NAS is a plus.
-Must have hands in Information security policies, procedure and framework.
-Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
-Proficient in written and spoken English
-Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
-B.S in computer engineering or related field.
