Task Order Manager

-BS degree or higher in Civil or Mechanical Engineering;
-Significant experience of not less than twelve (12) years in construction management of infrastructure of a similar type and size to the construction work required under this task order;
-At least five (5) years of the experience shall be in developing countries with infrastructure needs and programs similar to those of the West Bank/Gaza;
-Must have demonstrated experience in the effective use and management of local contractors and local labor;
-Must be knowledgeable concerning FAR construction contracting
