Task Order Manager /Engineer

APCO/ArCon Construction is an American prime contractor implementing water transmission and distribution pipe line under USAID in the West Bank is seeking the following positions:

Task Order Manager

-BS degree or higher in civil engineer or mechanical engineering.
-Significant construction experience of not less than ten (10) years, five (5) of which should be in construction management of water infrastructure construction.
-Extensive knowledge of steel pipe installation. 2 to 30 Inch diameters.

Quality Control Manager:
-BS Degree or higher in civil engineering with minimum ten  years of construction experience.
-Significant experience of not less than five (5) years in quality control/ assurance of water infrastructure construction.
-Experience in establishing and implementing quality control programs and training.
