Task Order Managers

International Relief and Development (IRD) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, operating in the West Bank and Gaza since December 2007. IRD is seeking to hire qualified Engineers in the West Bank for the upcoming USAID – Funded projects under the Infrastructure Needs Program II. The positions are as follows:
 

-BS degree or higher in Civil Engineering;
-Significant experience of not less than ten (10) years in construction management of infrastructure in roads & water projects;
-Must have demonstrated experience in the effective use and management of local contractors and local labor;
-Must be knowledgeable concerning FAR construction contracting.
-Strong leadership and team building skills;
-Strong communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.

All Positions/Candidates must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language and should include the following information in the cover letter:
