Team Leader

AlwanyGroup in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a  (Team Leader) , according to the conditions described below

Basic requirements :
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
Minimum 4 years experience in Web Development, Software Development and Applications.
Minimum 3 years proven experience and ability to successfully lead projects.
Experience in developing documentation, presentations to all levels of management staff.
Experience in dealing with template markets such as:( themeforest.net , www.templatemonster.com).
Experience in programming and installation of WordPress Theme and addenda (Plugins).
Must has strong background in HTML/CSS/JQuery/PHP/JS/MVC.
The ability to accomplish work remotely.
The ability to work under pressure.
Very well spoken and written English.
Proven leadership, strong decision-making, and team management skills.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.


Job Description :
Lead development team in the Design, Programming, Documentation and Testing in building HTML/WP Templates.
Provide daily management and leadership to the development team.
Provide necessary resources to development team to maximize productivity.
Create and manage development work plan to track all project deliverables.
Set employee objectives, monitor and evaluate performance and provide feedback and reports.
Apply resourceful and decisive decision making to achieve goals.

Notes:
Employment Status: Full time.
Employment Type: 1 year contract.
Monthly Salary: 900$ on trial mode 1100$ on fixed mode.

(Trial mode is the first three months of contract duration. Fixed mode is the rest of it)
