Reporting to: Leaders International Programs Manager
Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension

Through its offices in Brussels, Amman, and Ramallah, Leaders International provides complete project-management services with a focus on private-sector development, enterprise development, job creation, entrepreneurship, D4D, economic policy dialogue, and tourism value chain development.
BACKGROUND
Leaders International is managing a project that aims to develop the technical, operational, and institutional groundwork, and identify a useful business model to serve existing SMEs and startups in the agri-business sector. This support will primarily take place through the development of a robust organizational and management structure including an ICT services unit, startup-support unit, and business development services unit; all of which will ensure both enterprise development and innovation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Leader will undertaker the following special roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the Project;
- Responsible for the timely development of all work plans and implementation schedules, activity planning, monitoring project activity and the completion of all reports;
- Responsible to ensure that the implementation of the Project is well thought out and agreed by all stakeholders;
- Responsible for providing regular progress briefings to the Project Implementation Team;
- Responsible to ensure the outputs of the Project are in line with the objectives, results and activities set for the Project;
- Responsible for defining measurable indicators and control procedures for the Project monitoring in line with the milestones and set time frame.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
The Team Leaders is expected to meet the following qualifications:
- Preferably (15) years of experience in the management of complex projects and institution building;
- Relevant educational background related to business management;
- Good knowledge of the markets as well as hygienic standards and rules;
- Solid understanding of Value Chain Management preferably in the Agro-business sector;
- Solid experience in team management;
- Experience with infrastructure management, technical and non-technical services of technological centers/institutes;
- Proven experience related to the agri-food/ICT sector is highly desirable;
- Professional level of English.
