Job Summary:
-Make action and strategic plan according to the mission and vision of Jemima
-Organize and co-ordinate Eber programs and action plans.
-Is responsible for building and developing of the staff.
-direct and guide the employees to make their plan
-Responsible for the achievement of the strategic goals and action plans regarding Eber.
-Follow the quality and the quantity of the activates
-Apply the internal polices and helps the employee and supports them to understand the internal law and apply it.
-Make the regular reports and any report requested from the general manager and the board.
-Evaluates progress and takes corrective action when and where required.
-Prepare the contract for the beneficiary and collect the fees from the families.
-Safe guards the residents and make sure they get good atmosphere and healthy environment.
-Follow the care plan side by side with the group responsible and the therapists.
-Manage the HBI project and other project in the day care center.
Requirements:
-A bachelor degree in education from a recognized university.
-At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant area.
-Valid driving license.
-Strong organizational, communication and reporting skills in Arabic and English.
-Ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds.
-A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude.
-An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
-Strong computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
-Experience of typing accurate reports and the ability to produce statistical reports.
-Ability to prioritize conflicting activities and be proactive in identifying and preventing potential problems.
-Fast learner with ability to work under pressure.
