Technical and Practical Trainer

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JAICA) is implementing a four-year technical cooperation project under the name of " Project for improving Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and Reproductive Health (RH) services in Palestine (Phase2)

The prject is looking for a qualified person to fill the position of Technical and Practical Trainer to work in its office in Ramallah.

Requirements :
-Holds BS degree or (Equivalent to BS degree  in Nursing or midwifery (Midwifery is preferable )
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Experience not less than 3 years in Antenatal Care,Postnatal Care and Child Care (Theoretical and Practical).
-Arabic and English language proficiency (Speaking and Writing Reports)
-Competency in using Computer (Word,Excel,and PowerPoint).
-Work Cooperatively as a team member.

Responsibilities :
A- Design a technical training course for all nurses and midwives working at the MOH MCH/PHC clinics in the West Bank.

1-Develop a technical training material for the training course to include Antenatal Care,Child Care and Postnatal Care in terms of clinical/Practical
2-Coordinate for the relevant training logistics.
3-Conduct trainings within the 12 districts of the West Bank.
4-Conduct monitoring and evaluation and modify the training design upon necessity
5-Submit monthly activity plans and maintain an ongoing report on the progress,problems encountered and lessons learned.
