Technical Specialist- Education and Credentialing

International  Organization seeks an experienced Technical Specialist- Education and Credentialing   as part of the USAID-funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project


Responsibilities include:
The Education and credentialing Specialist must have technical skills and demonstrated experience in establishing health workforce credentialing systems, especially in a developing country. It is critical that this Specialist have experience working with educational institutions, professional associations, and ministries of health and education to successfully introduce the credentialing systems in a socially acceptable and economically feasible way. Capacity building will be a major focus for the Education and Credentialing Specialist so facilitation, negotiation, and knowledge transfer skills are especially important. Familiarity with the political, social, economic and cultural context of working in the West Bank and Gaza is ideal as is the ability to read and speak Arabic.

Qualifications:
-A Bachelors’ degree; An advanced in Education or a relatedtechnical field is a plus
-Technical expertise gained while working in a developing country
-USAID funded international programs
