Technical Specialist- Human Resources Planning

International  Organization seeks an experienced Technical Specialist- Human Resources Planning  as part of the USAID-funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project


Responsibilities include:
The Technical Specialist- HR Planning must have strong technical skills and experience in HR systems, human Capacity development, workforce assessments, and HRIS systems. The HR Planning Specialist will also have experience working with resource-constrained ministries of health in developing and implementing human resources plans. Capacity building will be a big focus for the HR Planning Specialist therefore exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and knowledge transfer skills are particularly important. Familiarity with the political, social, economic and cultural context of working in the West Bank and Gaza is ideal as is the ability to read and speak Arabic.

Qualifications:
-A Bachelors’ degree; An advanced in Human Resources or a related HR technical field is a plus
-Technical expertise in Human Resource Information Systems
