Technical Supervisor

BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the positions of:
Technical Supervisor. Ref. No. (HR-TS-Han-2)
Main responsibilities:
Monitors technician's performance in terms of KPI's & objectives on daily basis.
Monitors all pending and urgent cases.
Manages the process of assigning phones to technicians on daily basis.
Applies training for technicians for both (Knowledge sharing sessions and product training for new launched models).
Checks all updates that related to (technical tips, service bulletins, service manuals, latest software's & latest IME'S writing files) and shares the updates with all technicians at BCI by email & the technical shared folder.
Follows up all repeated cases.
Prepares daily analysis for RR cases and generate suitable corrective and preventive actions.
Maintains the quality of repair to enhance the RR..
Qualifications required:
Bachelor degree in electronic or communications.
5-7 years of experience.
Excellent command of English language.
Leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS office.
Excellent communication skills.
