We are looking for Technical Engineers for both normal and night shifts to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot business flows and technical problems and help our customers by resolving their issues up on request. Also You will be involved on providing product knowledge, guidance, and support to internal teams as well.

- Technical Specialist skills:
Strong scripting and programming experience
Working knowledge of SQL (MySql and NoSql)
Linux / Unix experience
Command of English language
Familiar with support ticket and knowledge-based systems
Yearning to learn more about new technologies
You will use email and chat applications to give account managers quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact them via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with technical issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you.
