Technical Support Specialist

Future Information Systems is currently looking to recruit new employees to work in its office in Ramallah with the following qualifications:

 

The technical support specialist will Perform first-level IT support-related activities on issues regarding the use of FIS solutions and products.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-At least 2 years prior networking experience, including carrying out configuring, troubleshooting and supporting network environments
-Deep expertise in Windows, Linux OS, Firewalls, VPN.
-Excellent organization skills.
-Ability to pass any training or certification requirements.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
-Graduate of Bachelor Degree on information technology or engineering-related courses
