 We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist clients with their shared hosting needs. This role requires a strong understanding of web hosting technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide front-line support to clients via chat, email, and phone.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to shared hosting, including website performance, server configuration, and DNS management.
  3. Assist clients with Direct Admin and Cloud Linux-related queries.
  4. Manage domain name settings, SSL certificates, and email configurations.
  5. Monitor server performance and respond proactively to issues.
  6. Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base. - Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in technical support, particularly with shared hosting environments.
  2. Familiarity with Direct Admin, Cloud Linux, and cPanel.
  3. Strong understanding of web hosting technologies including DNS, FTP, SSL, and email protocols.
  4.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certifications in web hosting or IT support.
  2. Experience with server management and Linux environments.
  3. Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and web development basics.
