The European Institute for Cooperation and Development, is an international non-profit organization
committed to supporting social and economic development programmes in Palestine. IECD is seeking candidates to fill multiple positions.

Technical Training Coordinator, Full time position based in Al Aizaria for 1 year (Renewable)-
starting at €800 euros/month
-To realize a market study about the needs of the Small and Medium Enterprises of Al Aizaria
-To develop training modules and programmes to support these SMEs
-To co-ordinate of the trainings modules and activities of instructors.
-To arrange the training events in compliance with the budget lines, assign instructors to conduct
training, schedule classes, based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors.
-To evaluate training packages, including outline, text, and handouts written by instructors.
-Contact point for external parties attending and/or delivering training sessions.
-To co-ordinate feedback from events and produce draft reports.
-To prepare monitoring reports.
-To write budget report listing training costs, such as instructors’ wages and equipment costs,
to justify expenditures.

Minimum Required Qualifications for this position
-Minimum 7 years prior experience in the field of vocational and technical training
-Strong knowledge about the MSE and experience in the entrepreneurship
-Should have graduate degree from reputed university in business
-Good communication and leadership skills required.
-Strong supervisory, interpersonal and staff support skills.
-Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
