BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the positions of:

1. Technician Ref. No. (HR-T-Han-3)

Main responsibilities:
Checks the warranty status, repair history, phone conditions and attachments.
Assembles, installs, tests, and maintains defected mobile phones on daily basis.
Uses the troubleshooting methods which mentioned in the service manual that provided by Samsung through GSPN.
Ensures effective and efficient completion of all preventive maintenance duties and do quick quality check to the repaired phones before submitting the phones to the quality check department.
Checks all cases on cosmos system and submitting notes for the status of the devices and following up until closing the case on cosmos system.
Reports all quality and high quality repair problems to the senior technician.
Requests the required parts from the spare parts keeper.
Fills the defected part form for the parts that already defected from Samsung.

Qualifications required:
High diploma in electronic maintenance or equivalent professional qualification.
Approximately 2-5 years of handsets maintenance.
Good command of English language.
