Technician for the North Region

Main responsibilities:
-Checks the warranty status, repair history, phone conditions and attachments.
-Assembles, installs, tests, and maintains defected mobile phones on daily basis.
-Uses the troubleshooting methods which mentioned in the service manual that provided by Samsung through GSPN.
-Ensures effective and efficient completion of all preventive maintenance duties and do quick quality check to the repaired phones before submitting the phones to the quality check department.
-Checks all cases on cosmos system and submitting notes for the status of the devices and following up until closing the case on cosmos system.
-Reports all quality and high quality repair problems to the senior technician.
-Requests the required parts from the spare parts keeper.
-Fills the defected part form for the parts that already defected from Samsung.

Qualifications required:
-High diploma in electronic maintenance or equivalent professional qualification.
-Approximately 2-5 years of handsets maintenance.
-Good command of English language.
