Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the development of software projects from conception to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely technical assistance for our software products.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance software performance and meet client needs efficiently.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Apply Agile/DevOps methodologies to ensure seamless software development and deployment.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and resolving any technical issues promptly.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development management or technical project management.
• Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to work effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL Server / Oracle, and React TypeScript.
• Proven experience in managing support teams for software products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps frameworks is highly desirable.
