We are seeking for English speakers for Telesales positions to customers worldwide with a limited
contract. We invite you to join and be a leader in our international call center.

This ad is for sales & service oriented people, who wish to specialize in the field of language
tuition and student counseling. With:
Possibility of good bonuses.

Transportation will be provided during night shifts.

Location: Beit Jala, Industrial zone, near Dighool pool, Alworod hall previously- Palestine
Duties & Responsibilities:

-Build and repair customer relationships by understanding unique needs and resolving issues
effectively in a call center setting.

Job requirements & skills:

-Experience in sales / customer service - an advantage
-Working Hours: Flexible shifts: 09:00-17:00 and 14:00-22:00
- Fluent English Language.
- Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal and active listening.
- Flexibility to work in multiple tasks.
- Solution oriented, innovative & hard working.
- Strong personality, team player and ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated and have good analytical thinking.
- Bethlehem resident is preferable.
