Mercy Corps is implementing the Palestinian Community Assistance Program funded by USAID that aims to pave the way to a brighter future for Palestinians through social and economic relief and recovery by meeting basic human needs and laying the foundations for long-term recovery in Gaza.

In this context Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Gaza Strip to participate in the Sewing Cloth and Accessories MaterialsTender under Cash for Work program

The following conditions apply:

·         The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.

·         Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice. Tender documents can be obtained starting fromThursday 19 July 2012during the official working hours, from 8:00AM to04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office address as follows:
Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, and AbuGhalioun Building 2nd Floor.

·         The tender documents must be delivered before 12:30 PM on Sunday 29 July 2012,at Mercy Corps’ offices as above.

·         Bids will be opened at 01:00 pm on Sunday 29 July 2012in the presence of the Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee and the companies’ representatives.

·         The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.

·         The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender
