Tendering Department Engineer

ACT Medical Company one of the leading and diversified healthcare product supplier is seeking to hire Tendering Department Engineer. 

We are looking for a talented and outgoing Engineer that can run the tendering department In Ramallah office.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

•  Handling of medical products and equipment tenders including but not limited to analyzing requirements, designing solutions that meet these requirements, managing staff that will advise regarding the tender.
• Developing a compelling proposal that will meet the requirements and stand out from other bids.
• Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings.
• Constant follow up strategy 
• Meeting tight deadlines. 
• Understanding problems or client briefs and developing solutions that satisfy them.
• Attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements.
•  Perform any other tasks required by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• BSc in electronics / mechatronics engineering or any other Engineering degree 
• Minimum two years’ experience 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
