Pro Terra Sancta Association – Non-profit organization registered in the appropriate list of the Italian agency for development cooperation. The Association specializes in the implementation of projects for the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage that increase awareness of common roots in local communities and represent opportunities for sustainable development. The Association also promotes projects in the educational and social fields, and intervenes in support of humanitarian emergencies.

Dar Mamilla Guest House is part of a network of activities implemented by the Association pro Terra Sancta. Located in Jerusalem at the Monastery of St. Vincent de Paul, our main goal is not only to host visitors from all over the world, but also to help the work of the Sisters of St. Vincent de Paul.                             

Main tasks:

-    Reception and guest welcoming;

-    Reservation management for Dar-Mamilla Guest house in Jerusalem;

-    Managing structure and cleaning staff;

-    Handling all needed tasks linked to the structure and Guests (laundry, food and beverage…etc.);

-    Logistics (people and goods);

-    Administrative assistance and general office work;

-    Guest house marketing at a local and international level;

Requirements: 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• knowledge of the Italian language B1
• knowledge of the English language C1
• Valid Israeli driver license
• Other requirements are: good communication and relational skills, reliability, flexibility, self-management and work in a team
