Job Description
The Trade Facilitation Project is currently recruiting a long-term Trade Advisor and Finance Manager. TFP is a USAID-funded, multi-year initiative to accelerate trade and cargo movement into and out of the West Bank and Gaza. The project is headquartered in Ramallah and works closely with private business, the Palestinian Authority and the Government of Israel.
Trade Specialist (full time)
The position will plan, manage, and implement project activities to support trade and cargo movement initiatives in West Bank and Gaza; identify, analyze, and resolve constraints to exports and imports; and facilitate dialogue among Palestinian and Israeli private and public sector representatives to enhance trade for Palestinian businesses.

Qualifications include:
-Minimum 10 years relevant experience in multi-sector business, trade, transport
-Degree in business, economics, or related discipline
-Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
-Energetic self-starter with proven ability to design programs, and implement and complete tasks within strict deadlines
-Demonstrated success in creating and implementing innovative solutions and achieving measureable results
-Able to travel throughout the West Bank
-Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and presentation skills; Hebrew a plus
