AXSOS Academy is searching for multiple skilled, committed Trainers Assistants to support AXSOS Academy instructors. You will actively participate in training programming and web-development for students with different background.

Your duties will also include assisting the instructors in running lectures on various topics. In addition to listening to, asking necessary questions, and developing effective communication skills to improve the student’s interaction during each Cohort.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate and support trainers. The successful candidate shall also be friendly, fast learner, professional, creative and with outstanding people skills.

Responsibilities:

• During the week, you will assist teaching programming and web-development to a class beginner learning Python Full-Stack (Flask, Django), Java Full-Stack (Spring Boot) and/or MERN programs
• You will assist running lectures on various topics. 
• Facilitate group discussions, demos, in-class activities and feedback & coaching sessions
• Prepare students for success by providing coaching in all aspects of their journey towards becoming critical thinkers and problem solvers
• Provide actionable feedback on the student’s soft and hard skills
• Participate on and off-campus activities, including but not limited to: orientation, open houses, student events, graduations, tech talks and workshops related to Full-stack Development
• Moderating night study for the students, and making sure the next day goals are clear and discussed with them.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is a plus
• Experience inthe command line, git, Github and technical workflows used by developers (branches, pull requests, code review). 
  • Passionate about teaching code and explaining concepts to others. 

Technical Competencies
• knowledge in -at least- one of the following, experience is a plus:

     - Python full-stack with Django and Flask

     - Java full-stack with Spring Boot 

     - JavaScript full-stack with MERN
