Trainers (Core Training Program)

MA’AN Development Center is interested in hiring a Part Time Trainers within a project entitled "Adolescents are Agents for Positive Change".

The objective of the project is to support Gaza adolescent girls and boys (14-18 years) constructively engagement in their societies as agents of social transformation for advancing sustainable alternatives to social violence and conflict.

The project is proposed to result in having 1,000 Adolescent girls and boys (14-18 years) with increased knowledge and skills to lead and participate in constructive initiatives in Gaza, and to have 6,000 adolescent girls and boys (14-18 years) with increased social responsibility through engaging in 32 community initiatives and 200 social learning initiatives supporting for promoted social cohesion.

The main training topics will be: Rights of the Child, Social change concepts, life skills, Volunteerism, gender awareness, Social mobilization and advocacy basics
