Training and Recruitment Coordinator
Qatar Charity (QC) is an International Non-Governmental Organization; it has signed an agreement with the IDB for funding Taqat project. Taqat aims to recruit and build the capacity of Palestinians qualified graduates in order to employ them with external companies based on the distance working system, and it will qualify graduates to the freelancing and outsourcing market.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
We are looking for a professional training and recruitment coordinator to ensure smooth and effective functioning of training events. He will manage, design, develop, and coordinate large andsmall-scale training programs.
JOB DESCREPTION
-Preparing Terms of Reference and ensure transparent selection for potential training consultants, follow consultants’ performance and compliance.
-Mapping out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house).
-Assist training consultant in conductinggraduates needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
-Participate with training and the marketing consultants in recruiting the most competent graduates.
-Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
-Compiling final reports for training programs.
-Managing and updating database of experts to be used in training programs.
-Tracking coaching and technical assistance requests and activities for each trainingprogram.
-Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data.
-Communicates data and reports as needed.
-Prepares and documents procedures for graduates and management who are appointed for training.
-Maintains management training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication and certification.
-Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
-Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching.
-Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
-Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
-Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
-Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
-Manage training budget.
-Other duties as directed by the project officer.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-B.Sc. in Engineering, IT, Commerce or relevant field(Master degree is desirable),with at least 5years related experience in a training environment.
-Experience in coordinating multiple training events.
-Good experience in HR and recruitment.
-Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
-Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
-Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
-MS Office proficiency
-Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
-Strong communication skills
-Good knowledge of English and Arabic.
-An understanding of and commitment to QC’s mission and values
