AMIDEAST, an international non-profit organization in the West Bank and Gaza, is seeking full-time dynamic and qualified candidates for its USAID funded education program-Model Schools Network (MSN) Program to serve as Training Coordinators, and Training Assistant for its Professional Development Section, and Procurement and Logistic Officer
- Hebron for its Procurement Section. The program is currently providing school teachers in 17 private schools with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach math, science and grades 1-3 more effectively within the Palestinian context. The program will be expanding to include 40 public schools in various geographical locations in the West Bank; AMIDEAST is recruiting for the following position:

Training Assistant - To be based in the Ramallah office
Overall Position Responsibilities:
-Provide all logistical support to the professional development section.
-Coordinate with the schools and teachers on all training issues.
-Handle correspondence involving all training activities.
-Prepare payment requests related to training activities.
-Provide support to the trainers as needed.
-Maintain a good filing system of all training material
Minimum Qualifications and Required Skills
-A bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably business administration
-A minimum of three year experience in working as a program assistant
-Experience in arranging training activities and events.
-Must possess problem-solving skills, be a team player and a self-starter
-Excellent oral and written communication in both Arabic and English
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and file-keeping skills
-Ability to travel to the locations within the West Bank
