Project Title: Palestine Polytechnic University Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (PPUCETL)
Title of the Post: Project Training Coordinator
Duty Station: Palestine Polytechnic University – Abu Rumman campus – Hebron – West Bank
Duration of Assignment: 17 months

Introduction
The PPU Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning is a specialized center of educational excellence that mainly aims at raising the capacity of PPU teachers of all levels and disciplines. PPUCETL has been established through the generous grant from the USAID through AMIDEAST PFDP PPUCETL is seeking a Training Coordinator whose primary responsibilities are to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training sessions and workshops.

The Coordinator reports directly to the PPUCETL director where a successful Training Coordinator demonstrates proficiency in completing the following tasks:

Qualifications and competencies
-A master degree in business management, social development, sustainable development or any related field
-One year full-time office experience or other training / events coordination and management
-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic languages
-Computer and internet skills – Microsoft Office and internet based applications
-Effective organizational skills and ability to handle work in an efficient and timely manner
-Ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines
-Experience in USAID funded projects is a plus
