Position :Training Coordinator
The IRADA project,funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation,operating under the Palestinian Businesswomen's Association:ASALA,was officially established in 2008 to provide community based peer training and a comprehensive package of non financial services to Palestinian women in order to better manage and succed in their income generating projects.This project compliments ASALA 's overall mission of providing services that help women in poverty change their lives,their social position and ther future successfully participating in economics activities.
The vacancy is for a full-time training coordinator to be based in Ramallah.The position requires field work throughout the West Bank and regular communication with Gaza.it also requires a strong background in training and excellent management ,coordination coopertion leadership,communcation and organizational skills.The training coordinator must be effective ,efficient,innovative and be able to multitask.The selected candidate will demonstrate excellent langauge skills in both Arabic and English.and excellent computer skills.This person must be able to both lead and work in a team and be responsible for timely reporting ,meeting deadlines,and the following terms of reference:
-Organize,create ,facilitate and impement Training,skills enhancement,and field consultancy sessions and Business Club activities as needed.
-Provide any needed suggestions based on feedback and insight to improve Irada's services as and when needed.
-Ensure continuous capacity development for Irada's pool of trainers.
-Raise public awareness on the importance of non-financial services.
-Design ,plan ,and implement an ongoing training and counseling program and business clubs for women micro enterpreneurs as needed.
-Design ,plan,and implement monitoring ,impact and evaluation tools
-Coordinate and cooperate with a variety of relevant organizations.
-Monitor ,assess and report on all program activities ,training and counseling sessions,buisness club activities ,trainers,and trainee's evaluations,and all networking and coordination efforts.
-Adapt and upgrade training curricula when needed.
-Report to Irada's Project Manager on regular basis and as requested and needed.
Basic Requirements :
1-Bachelor's Degree in Buisness Administration or other relevant field.
2-A minimum of 4 years of related experience
3-A valid driver's license
4-Fuent in both English and Arabic.
5-Strong Computer skills
