Training Manager

Job Description

K and K Capabilities, on behalf of its client, is recruiting for the position of Training Manager at an international training center in Ramallah.

The incumbent of the position shall hold a B.Sc. degree in the IT field with solid experience in training.

The Training Manager will be responsible to overseeing the trainees' progress in their studies, ensuring their successful completion of the training courses and acquiring certificates, recruiting trainees, and communicating with the head office in the United Kingdom.

Key competencies for applicants include:
-Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) and its pre-requisite MSCA qualification
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong communication skills
-Commercially motivated with high customer relations skills
-Strong personality and interpersonal skills
-Flexible working commitment - high drive for achieving results
-Minimum three years of working experience
