Translation Team Leader

Harakat Online Channel in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a (Translation Team Leader) , according to the conditions described below

Basic requirements :
A university degree in english language or in literature from any accredited university .
At least 5 year experience in translation : English into Arabic and vice versa .
Skillful in using computer programs (Word, Excel , Internet Browsing ).
Ability to plan for and lead a team of translators .
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in project management. (prefered)
Ability to plan, organization and management of the team and the distribution of tasks.
High skills in writing, including the preparation of periodic management reports for the project.
The ability to accomplish work online.
A TOEFL score at least 550 or IBT 100. (prefered)

Job Description :
The potential candidate for the position team leader translator is expected to perform the following :
Supervise a team of translators.
Plan and helping the execution of the operational plan.
Write and send periodical report to his director manager.
Verify the accuracy of the translated material in terms of content and style.
Give help its translator.
Motivate the team member for self development.

Notes:
Salary 1500 $ per month.
Duration of the contract year trial first 3-6 months.
The last date for registration on Saturday : 07/20/2013.
