Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodation, and itineraries.

• Utilize the Amadeus booking system to make flight travel reservations.

• Address and resolve any issues or changes that arise before or during travel.

• Secure hotel reservations, negotiating rates and special offers to ensure client satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building long-term relationships.

• Manage travel budgets and ensure all bookings adhere to client specifications.

• Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
