Travel Agent

As a Travel Agent at EasyGate, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with exceptional travel experience. You will assist clients in planning, booking, and organizing all aspects of their travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and tours. Your goal is to deliver personalized services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, while aligning with EasyGate’s mission of making travel seamless and accessible. You also need to have a solid experience in the booking systems that are used in Palestine.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Customization:

Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

Offer customized travel solutions and exclusive EasyGate packages to suit client requirements.

Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel regulations.

Provide periodic reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.

End-to-End Booking and Coordination:

Research and secure bookings for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.

Manage visa applications and travel insurance on behalf of clients.

Ensure smooth delivery of tickets, itineraries, and other travel documents.

Customer Service and Support:

Offer 24/7 assistance for changes, cancellations, or emergencies during travel.

Proactively communicate updates regarding travel restrictions, policies, or disruptions.

Resolve client concerns promptly to maintain EasyGate’s high service standards.

Sales and Promotions:

Promote EasyGate’s special travel deals, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.

Upsell travel services, including tours, upgrades, and premium packages.

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Market Awareness and Networking:

Stay updated on industry trends, popular destinations, and emerging travel options.

Collaborate with suppliers and partners to negotiate the best deals for EasyGate clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A bachelors degree in tourism, hospitality, or business. A master degree is a plus.

Experience:

• At least three years experience in a travel agency.
• Solid Knowledge and experience of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Familiarity with international and regional travel regulations, visa processes, and destinations.

Customer-centric approach with a passion for travel.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
