The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from quali ed candidates for the post of:
Administrative Officer (A)
Vacancy: 008/2016/X
Duty Station: Field Office - Jerusalem
Department: External Relations & Communication / Strategic Communication Division
Basic Salary: 906.2 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by
the Agency
Allowances: Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse. An allowance of 1000 NIS payable in JD at UNRWA rate
Qualifcations:
-A university degree in Finance, accounting, business or public administration or other related discipline.
-Four years ‘ experience in nance or administrative work preferably in an international organizational of ce or embassy.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
Competencies :
-Ability to organize and perform multiple request/tasks; precision at work and attention to details.
-Excellent computer skills, especially in MS application used in the Agency, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook with special emphasis on Excel;
-Ability to take initiative and work in a logical and accurate manner;
-Excellent Communication skills; effective team member;
-Ability to work under pressure.
