Chief Clerk/ Contracts
1-Duty Station : Field Office – Jerusalem
Procurement and Logistic Department
Vacancy No. 094/2011/X
2-Grade & Salary : LDC Contract Band “D” – Q1
: 593.8 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
3-Allowances : Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits
(Medical Insurance) & Currency Adjustment Factor
4-Qualifications :
-University degree in Business Administration or in subject related to the above function.
-At least 2 years experience in administration and contract services
-Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English
COMPETENCIES:
-Good knowledge of computer applications.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and to take actions proactively.
-Ability to work in a team
-Proficiency in computer applications
N.B: After the completion of probationary period of three months, candidate will be offered a contract
ending on 31 December 2011

The Agency maintains the discretion to fill future vacancies for this position from the roster without re-advertising the vacancy.
-Candidates with an equivalent combination of relevant academic qualifications, professional training and progressive work experience may also be considered
-Only candidates under serious considerations will be contacted.
