The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of:

Medical Officer

Duty Station : Jenin Health Center – 1 Post
Emergency Mobile Clinic – Jenin – 1 Post
Vacancy No. 166/2011/X
2-Grade & Salary : LDC Contract Band “F” – Q1
: 951.20 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
3-Allowances : Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits
(Medical Insurance) & Currency Adjustment Factor

4-Qualifications:
-A medical degree from a recognized university including an internship of at least twelve months duration.
-Possession a valid governmental license to practice medicine in Palestine.
-At least two years of satisfactory professional working experience.
-Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English.

N.B: After the completion of probationary period of three months, candidate will be offered a
contract for another three months subject to candidates performance and availability of funds.

The Agency maintains the discretion to fill future vacancies for this position from the roster without re-advertising the vacancy.
