I-Clerk “A” – Personnel
1-Vacancy No. : 036/2010/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office - Jerusalem
3-Basic Salary : 431.52 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
NIS 510 as Jerusalem Allowance payable in JD at exchange rates set by the Agency
4-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
5-Other Benefits : Health Insurance, Provident Fund

6-Qualifications:
-Completion of full secondary education
-Successful completion of a course in Business and Office Practice.
-Three years experience in clerical/secretarial work or any related discipline.
-Good knowledge of spoken and written English
-Computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing and data bas programme.
-Sound organization skills.
-Advanced training course in Business and Office Practice.
 
II–Personnel Clerk
1-Vacancy No. : 037/2010/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office - Jerusalem
3-Basic Salary : 501.40 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
NIS 510 as Jerusalem Allowance payable in JD at exchange rates set by the Agency
4-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
5-Other Benefits : Health Insurance, Provident Fund

6-Qualifications:
-Full secondary education (Tawjihi).
-Business Administration or Computer diploma of two years duration.
-Very good knowledge in operating a PC using MS-Word, Spreadsheets (Excel) and database applications.
-Four years experience in clerical/administrative work, preferably in a personnel-related function.
-Very good knowledge of spoken and written Arabic and English

The Agency maintains the discretion to fill future vacancies for this position from the roster without readvertising the vacancy.
