BACKGROUND:

Catholic Relief Services is an international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States and has been present in the Jerusalem, West Bank, and Gaza since 1961. The CRS JWBG country program currently supports development/relief programs and activities in the sectors of civil society, humanitarian assistance, youth empowerment, education, and peace & justice. CRS is seeking a highly qualified consultant as per the following scope of work:

Scope of Work:

The videographer will work with the CRS Gaza Communications Consultant and in coordination with the regional Communications Officer to capture high definition (HD) video of Livelihoods activities under Envision Gaza 2020 such as interviews with applicants for the livelihoods component of the project including those beneficiaries who have been placed in jobs. The videographer will accompany the Communications Consultant and collaborate with him to produce 2 HD videos of approximately 2-3 minutes per each to be used exclusively by CRS and partner staff for the promotion of project activities.

The videographer will also ensure that all individuals appearing on the film complete a signed consent form prior to filming. This form will be provided by CRS.
