Vocational Training Center Supervisor

The YWCA in Ramallah runs a vocational training center where the main program currently is the “Secretarial and Office Management”.
The Vocational Training Center was established in 2001 to cater for the needs of students in Ramallah and the surrounding areas that are no longer able to reach Jerusalem. The YWCA is now seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position of:
 

The candidate for the position will be located at the office of the YWCA Ramallah, and is expected to have the following qualifications:
-Be a resident of Ramallah and possesses in-depth understanding of the vocational training community, and Ramallah in particular.
-Minimum bachelor’s degree and preferably master’s degree in educational management, education and teacher development or any other related fields.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in the vocational training sector, human resource management or educational management in general.
-Proven skills and experience in training program formulation, fundraising and reporting.
-Very strong communication, computer, and writing skills in English and Arabic.
-Strong Leadership and supervision skills, and willingness to work within and lead a team
