Tomorrow’s Youth Organization is an American non-profit organization that works in disadvantaged areas of the Middle East, enabling children, youth and parents to realize their potential as healthy, active and responsible family and community members. With the support of Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) under the Bokrah Project, TYO is recruiting a highly qualified and motivated Volunteer Coordinator interested in youth empowerment through education, economic development, health and lifestyle reforms, and civic participation at our flagship center in Nablus, Palestine.
       
Job Summary

The Volunteer Coordinator will work full-time in cooperation with TYO local and international staff. The Volunteer Coordinator will support university students and recent graduates with in-service training, building awareness and support for community service, and building local volunteer capacity.

Qualifications

-    At least 4+ years experience in community service projects
-    Experience designing programs, including using communications tools and social media
-    Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-    Highly resourceful self-starter with initiative and excellent problem solving skills
-    Fluency in English and Arabic
