Position: Warehouse Keeper
 
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Keeper at our company, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized management of our warehouse, where we house a wide range of medical and scientific supplies. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards will contribute to our mission of providing top-quality products and services to the scientific and medical communities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory for damaged or expired items and initiate corrective actions.
  • Safely and efficiently store items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Implement a system for categorizing and labeling products to streamline retrieval.
  • Ensure that storage areas are clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
  • Prepare orders for shipment accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and other warehouse metrics as required.
  • Prepare the Periodic Reports of (Damaged, Non-Moving, Expired & Near Expiry).
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Business or Accounting.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Resident in Ramallah with Manual Driving License is a plus.
